Youth and Family
Urban Native Center is committed to provide opportunities for youth to learn indigenous teachings of beading, ribbon making, drum/song, storytelling, language (HoChunk, iSantee, Omaha), and tribal history. Weekly youth programming is offered to include youth engagement and youth council.
Urban Native Centers networks, partners, and collaborates with an array of Tribes and community-based organizations to provide support for a healthy well-being lifestyle.
Urban Native Center provides advocacy for children, adults, families, and the community to support success in housing, education, court, social services, and more. Advocacy services are based on the resources available and capacity at Urban Native Center.
